Casa Londra will also assist you in finding suitable tenants. We advertise properties through private contacts, specialised websites and local estate agents. We also respond to any enquiries, show your property to prospective tenants and perform background checks on tenants for criminal, bankruptcy, fraud and eviction records.. We will find reputable tenants with good references.

Making your property suitable for letting (cleaning, decoration, insurance etc.)
Finding a tenant and performing background checks/references

EPC and Gas Safety Certificate approximately £130 each. Electrical Safety Certificate approximately £150 depending on the issues emerging from the fixed wiring test.

During periods in which the property is empty, Casa Londra management will be carried out at a charge of £150 + VAT per month. If the property needs extra maintenance attention such as any major building repairs involving other flat/s or/and the building insurance/legal actions a fee of £50 + VAT per hour is applicable on top of above monthly fees.
