Property management and letting fees

The following is a comprehensive price list of the Property Management and Letting services provided by Casa Londra for long term Lettings.

Preparation of the flat for letting, organising decoration, buying furniture, kitchen equipment, linen and towels, ordering curtains or upholstery, organising delivery of new furniture and removal of old furniture, booking appointments for broadband/Sky connection etc.

Handling Landlord’s personal correspondance and other errands

Key holding service (pick up and drop off during out of office hours must be arranged on request)

Costs

6% + 20% VAT (7.2% incl VAT) starting from £180 incl VAT monthly.

8% + 20% VAT (9.6% incl VAT),  6% + 20% VAT (7.2% incl VAT) at any renewals.

£250 + 20% VAT (£300 incl VAT).

EPC and Gas Safety Certificate approximately £156 incl VAT each (remedial works excluded),  Electrical Safety Certificate is approximately £360 incl VAT (remedial works excluded).

Starting from £1,200.00 incl VAT depending of service required.


£60 incl VAT per hour if required.

£78 incl VAT per month.


During periods in which the property is empty, Casa Londra management will be carried out at a charge of £150 + 20% VAT (£180 incl VAT) per month. If the property needs extra maintenance attention such as any major building repairs involving other flats or/and the building insurance/legal actions, a fee of £60 incl VAT per hour is applicable on top of the above monthly fees.
