Property Manager

Grazia studied modern languages in Milan. She started her collaboration with Casa Londra in 2014, enthusiastically taking on a new challenge in the London property market.

Grazia worked for 12 years at SAP, a multinational company leader in IT, where she had the role of consultant for large companies on SAP services and products. This role allowed her to develop a strong work method, organisational skills and an attitude towards solving complex problems under strict time constraints.

At Casa Londra Grazia has the role of Property Manager. The expertise acquired on sector-specific courses and update, as well as her on-hand experience, has given her the necessary skills to efficiently manage both houses and flats in the UK. Grazia takes care of all aspects of management: from the coordination of regular and extraordinary maintenance, to Health&Safety checks to insurance claims. Grazia is particularly good at public relations and this allows her to keep excellent relationships with tenants, owners and building managers alike.

Grazia loves to swim, travel and to try the most different types of cuisine with friends from a variety of countries.
